Why ROOST’s Mission Matters

Hi, I’m Chris McAllister, and I’m the founder of ROOST Real Estate Company. I want to share with you our core vision, mission, and how we go about executing our vision here at ROOST Real Estate Company. So our vision is very, very simple. ROOST = HOME. What we want to have happen is anytime anybody thinks of ROOST, whether it’s a buyer, a seller, an investor, a tenant, or what have you, that they immediately equate ROOST with HOME.

That’s what we want ROOST to be about. That’s the type of emotion that we want people to feel when they hear and learn and work with ROOST Real Estate Company. So if ROOST equals home is our vision, our mission is we create real estate opportunities and strategies that support and add value to homeowners and residential property investors.

Home is the center of everything we do. And you can see that in this collection of real estate services. that we provide to support home. So ROOST is where you, as a seller, you would sell with ROOST. That’s Pretty self explanatory. We list and sell homes for people. We also rent homes to people. And we also work with investors who own the homes that we rent to people.

So invest with ROOST is a very large part of our business as well. As we go clockwise around the wheel here, we also come to career with ROOST. Career with ROOST means that we associate with and employ The finest real estate professionals in the industry. And it’s our job to make sure that they have all of the support, the tools, the education, and the motivation they need to put the needs of our homeowners, buyers, sellers, investors.

That’s what career with ROOST is all about. As we come down, we come to buy with ROOST. And again, that’s pretty self explanatory, correct? Buy with ROOST simply means that whether it’s your first house, your next house, or your last house, if you’re an empty nester and you’re thinking about picking up that forever place, where your resource.

It’s our job to educate sellers so they can be empowered to make the best decisions they can for themselves and their families.

It’s our job to educate. to teach them what it means or show them what it means to be a great tenant. It’s our job to work with and educate investors, whether it’s your first investment property or your hundredth investment property. We are here to educate, guide, answer questions, be the resource, be the partner that you need as an investor.

We do a lot of educating and training for real estate agents, whether they’re with our company or with other companies. So career with ROOST, the education piece of that. Is, is large. You’ll scroll down, you’ll see where we educate sellers, we educate investors, and we educate realtors. So learn with ROOST is vital to everything we do around the wheel here. As we come up on this side here, we have repair and maintain with ROOST. This has actually become a very significant and important part of, of the services we provide to homeowners, whether they be under occupants or whether they’re investors.

So we have a whole department devoted to repair and maintenance of our, um, owner clients rental properties. And we also extend those services. Listing clients. So repair and maintain is critical to supporting all of the services we provide. And part of our invest with ROOST strategy or menu of services is managed with ROOST.

So while yes, we absolutely help investors identify, select, evaluate potential properties to purchase. We are also here to work with them to manage those properties on, on a day to day basis. So at Manage with ROOST, it’s our job to help our owners or ensure that our owner, owners are able to automate their rent collection and get on with their lives.
