Support also includes being able to offer practical and actionable help and advice as needed. Sometimes it simply means being available as an experienced and trusted professional.
Agents who are skilled at tracking their business know exactly what kind of support they need from us. We do our best to provide that individual support.
Support also takes the form of:
- Having a team in place that supports and trains new agents, assists all agents with everyday tasks, and provides leadership to all agents regardless of experience.
